Tired of browsing around Lost A Whole Year?
Take one of these links out of here into the vast World Wide Web of Third Eye Blind.
Official sites
- The Third Eye Blind Official Website. The "official" site, offering most of what you'd expect it to and updated bi-millenially.
-
http://www.myspace.com/thirdeyeblind. MySpace? MySpace??! (Don't get me started!) If this is the only way to get up-to-date information straight from the band, though, I'll try not to complain.
- Stephan Jenkins.com. As the title implies, this unofficial site is devoted to lead singer Stephan Jenkins. The site features an intuitive layout offering the works on Stephan and the rest of the band. Includes a message forum.
- 3ebfreak.com by Scott Bounds. An up-to-date fan site with a fairly comprehensive and interesting selection of content. Very slick (albeit Flash-heavy) layout. This website was once known as "Can We Get Clean Again?"
- New! Third Eye Blind | Third Eye Blind Lyrics | Third Eye Blind Tabs & More. (OK, the proper title is "Third Eye Blind Rocks.") Includes a little bit of everything, including a photo gallery, up-to-date information, and an ever-helpful "New CD Updates" page.
-
The Village Church Yard.
One of the largest sites, offering everything and then some. Although ostensibly a UK-based site, its forum forms the center for most North American Third Eye Blind fan activity online.
- ABCs of 3eb - the Utimate (sic) Third Eye Blind Fansite!. A basic fan site that includes a small forum.
- BoGuS: A Third Eye Blind Page. Amateurish design, but inclusive of lots of photos and images.
- Kevin Cadogan: Homepage. If you're curious as to what former Third Eye Blind guitarist Kevin Cadogan is up to nowadays, this is the place.
- My First Homepage by Michael Stebbins. This site hasn't been updated since 1999, although it does have a striking layout and offers a few old articles.
- An Ode to Maybe 3eb. Does not appear to have been updated since 2002. Otherwise a good fan site, covering all the essentials plus a comprehensive (if outdated) list of links.
- The Sand Beneath My Toes. An up-to-date site that contains some interesting photos and commentary. Currently on hiatus (as of 5/08).
- Third Eye Blind by Julia Dee Truchsess. An aesthetic exercise bringing song lyrics together with images; worth looking at for a change of pace.
- The Third Eye Blind Fan Club. I'm not entirely sure what this is about (I haven't tried signing up myself), but the site looks important enough!
- The 3EB Archive by Jacob Vandy. Contains downloads to many rare band-related audio and video clips. (Methinks it won't last long at that rate...)
- 3eb Parody Palace. Parody lyrics to Third Eye Blind songs. Last updated in 2000, but still worth a look.
- Tony Fredianelli.com. A great site devoted to Third Eye Blind's current guitarist, Tony Fredianelli. It offers interesting features such as questions and answers, a comprehensive discography covering all of Tony's material including that with Apocrypha, and interesting odds and ends.
- The Velvet Glove by Melissa Salijko. A good fan site offering features such as appearances, an FAQ, and a selection of thoughts.
Just in case you're wondering: I sorted things alphabetically, grouping together first the "official" sites, second the up-to-date fan sites, and last but not least all the other sites I'm aware of.
I've done my best to weed out links to sites that no longer exist and skip the truly awful sites that say "last updated in October 1998" on them, are impossible to read or navigate, or contain more dead links than live ones.
If you need to update a link, or know of a good site not listed, don't hesitate to contact me!
